Crossroads Career Coaching provides college and career consulting for ages 14 and up. Our goal is to help folks figure out where their interests and passions collide with their skill set AND what is needed in their communities. We believe finding that sweet spot will bring the most success and fulfillment.
Honestly, anyone can benefit from an intermittent look at what is working in their professional lives and what isn't. However, we most often work with teens who are trying to decide what educational path to take following high school. Serving as a mediator between worried parent's and undecided kids have proven to be fruitful. Plus, it never hurts to just lend a listening ear during transition times.
This business was born out of necessity, as many are. My son had no idea what he wanted to do with his life and I created a formula that helped him figure out exactly what worked. Once he had a goal, his academic energy shifted, his grades improved, and his personal responsibility for his education increased by bounds. I've had so many questions about how I did this, that eventually I just decided to start helping others. It changed my son's entire trajectory, and I want to bring that hope to families.
